By accessing or using ChromeRank Intelligence ("Service", "Platform", "ChromeRank"), operated by ChromeRank Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not access or use the platform.
ChromeRank provides Chrome Web Store analytics, SERP rank tracking, keyword intelligence, listing audits, and a verified M&A marketplace (ChromeAcquire™) for Chrome extension developers and prospective buyers.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and authenticate ownership when claiming extensions or listing assets on ChromeAcquire™.
Paid subscriptions (Starter, Pro, Agency) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis via Stripe. You can cancel your subscription anytime via the Billing Settings page. Subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
All asset transfers conducted through ChromeAcquire™ are subject to verification and escrow terms. Buyers and sellers agree to adhere to standard Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and verify ownership prior to completing transactions.
ChromeRank provides data and market estimates on an "as is" basis for informational purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ChromeRank shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.
